Abstract: Improving Students’ Narrative Writing Skill in French through Picture Series. The research aims to investigate the raising of process narration writing ability of SMUN 9 students through pictures in series and to describe the increase of quality and the result of students abilities in writing narration . By using descriptive method, data were collected from the students’ test results which were sufficient to describe the students’ abilities in writing narration. The result shows that before using pictures in series in writing narration, the students’ achievement were very low. And after using picture in series in writing narration, the students’ acvhievement raised until 33 %.
