<![CDATA[Abstract Construction schedule is an entire blueprint of how a project will be executed and by when. Aconstruction schedule outlines project timeframes/ milestones and tracks project progress tokeep everything on-time and on-budget. It's the backbone of any thriving project managementfor construction. Solving the scheduling problem can be accommodated using mathematicaloptimization modeling methods. Based on this, the writer aims to solve the schedulingoptimization problem by using the harmony algorithm. The Harmony Search Algorithm is analgorithm inspired by the process of searching for a combination of tones to obtain beautifulmusical harmonies. This is the same as the optimization process which seeks the optimalsolution based on the objective function, namely minimizing the project duration which greatlyaffects project management. The results obtained show that the smaller the number ofharmony memory and the greater the mutation and maxitization, the closer the solution is tothe optimal solution. Based on the results of these calculations, the most optimal solution orthe minimum project completion duration is five weeks. This also affects the number ofiterations and the number of assignments, so the more iterations the results will be closer tothe optimal value. AbstrakPenjadwalan konstruksi adalah keseluruhan cetak biru tenatang bagaimana dan sampaikapan proyek akan dilaksankan. Penjadwalan menguraikan kerangka waktu/ pencapaianproyek dan melacak kemajuan proyek untuk menjaga ketepatan waktu dan sesuai anggaran,hal ini merupakan landasan setiap manajemen proyek dalam menyelesaikan konstruksinya.Penyelesaian permasalahan penjadwalan tersebbut dapat diakomodir menggunakan metodepemodelan optimasi matematika. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penulis bertujuan untukmenyelesaikan masalah optimasi penjadwalan dengan menggunakan algoritma harmony.Algoritma Harmony Search adalah algoritma yang terinspirasi dari proses pencarianperpaduan nada agar memperoleh harmoni musik yang indah. Ini sama halnya dengan prosesoptimasi yang mencari solusi yang optimal berdasarkan fungsi tujuannya yaitu peminimilandurasi proyek yang sangat berengaruh terhadap manajemen proyek.. hasil yang diperolehmenunjukan bahwa semakin kecil jumlah harmony memory dan semakin besar mutation sertamaxiterasi maka solusi yang didapatkan semaking mendekati solusi yangoptimal.Berdasasrkan hasil perhitungan tersebut didapatkan solusi yang paling optimal ataudurasi penyelesaian proyek paling minimum adalah 5 minggu. Hal ini juga beremngaruhterhadap banyak iterasi dan jumlah penugasan, maka semakin banyak iterasi maka hasil akansemakin mendekati nilai optimal.]]>
