<![CDATA[One of the health problems caused by the work environment is exposure to dust which can enter through the respiratory tract in humans which causes respiratory complaints. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence respiratory complaints. The research design is cross-sectional. The research subjects were 27 employees in the animal feed production division who were selected by simple random sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that the p value is less than 0.05. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between years of service, length of work, smoking habits and use of masks with the incidence of respiratory complaints.Keywords: respiratory complaints; dust content; years of service; long working time; smoking habit; mask wearingABSTRAK Salah satu gangguan kesehatan yang diakibatkan oleh lingkungan kerja adalah paparan debu yang dapat masuk melalui saluran pernapasan pada manusia yang mengakibatkan keluhan pernapasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keluhan pernapasan. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian adalah 27 karyawan dibagian produksi pakan ternak yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis memakai uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p kurang dari 0,05.
