Abstract

Abstrak: Gereja Katolik Indonesia melalui para Uskupnya sejak 1997 menjadi lebih berani menyuarakan kebenaran dan keadilan. Suara kenabian Gereja ini sangat diperlukan oleh masyarakat pada umumnya dan umat Katolik pada khususnya untuk melanjutkan reformasi yang sudah dimulai dengan jatuhnya pemerintahan Soeharto. Usulan-usulan perubahan mulai dinyatakan oleh para Uskup untuk memperbaiki situasi masyarakat dan bangsa Indonesia yang sudah kronis mengalami dekadensi moral di segala bidang. Model-model Gereja-nya Avery Dulles akan dipakai untuk menilai model Gereja yang seperti apakah yang dihidupi oleh Gereja Indonesia. Kata kunci: Keadilan, habitus baru, persaudaraan, komunitas basis. Abstract: The Indonesian Catholic Church through the bishops since 1997 has been dare to speak up the truth and justice. The Churchs prophetic voice is needed by society in general and Catholics in particular to continue with the reforms already started by the fall of the Soehartos government. Proposals for change have been expressed by the bishops to improve the situation of the society and the Indonesian nation which has already suffered from chronic moral decadence in all fields. Avery Dulles models of the church are used to reflect which models of the church is lived by the Indonesian church. Keywords: Justice, new habit, fraternity, basic community.
