<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan terhadap anak pelaku tindak pidana kekerasan fisik di wilayah hukum Kepolisian Resor Pelabuhan Makassar dan faktor yang mempengaruhi. Tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: Efektivitas penyidikan terhadap anak pelaku tindak pidana kekerasan fisik di wilayah hukum Kepolisian Resor Pelabuhan Makassar kurang berjalan secara efektif. Di karenakan kurangnya penyidik khusus yang menangani kasus anak pada Unit PPA Kepolisian Resor Pelabuhan Makassar, yang menyebabkan penumpukan perkara sehingga penyidik yang lain turut terlibat dalam proses penyidikan kasus anak. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan penyidikan terhadap anak pelaku tindak pidana kekerasan fisik di wilayah hukum Resort Pelabuhan Makassar adalah faktor struktur hukum, sarana dan fasilitas, sumber daya manusia penyidik polri. Ketiga faktor tersebut saling berhubungan terhadap tindak pidana kekerasan fisik yang dilakukan oleh anak. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of investigations against children who are perpetrators of physical violence in the jurisdiction of the Makassar Port Police and the influencing factors. This type of research is juridical empirical. From the results of the research, the authors find that: The effectiveness of investigations against children who are perpetrators of physical violence in the jurisdiction of the Makassar Port Police Resort is not running effectively. This is due to the lack of special investigators who handle children's cases at the Makassar Port Police PPA Unit, which causes a buildup of cases so that other investigators are involved in the process of investigating children's cases. Factors that influence the implementation of investigations against children who are perpetrators of physical violence in the jurisdiction of Makassar Port Resort are legal structure factors, facilities and facilities, and human resources of police investigators. These three factors are interrelated to the crime of physical violence committed by children.]]>
