Abstract

Kematian bayi yang bersifat infeksi dapat dicegah dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif selama 6 bulan pertama. Meskipun jumlah ibu yang telah menyadari pentingnya memberikan ASI kepada bayinya makin meningkat, tetapi masih tidak berhasil ibu menyusui sampai 6 bulan. Data Profil Kesehatan Indonesia  menunjukkan bahwa persentasi pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada bayi 0-6 bulan hanya sebesar 61,5%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi ibu bekerja tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Batu 10 Kec. Tanjung Pinang Timur. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan mix methods. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang. Sampel kuantitatif sebanyak 80 orang dan kualitatif sebanyak 5 orang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada responden menggunakan kusioner dan wawancara secara mendalam kepada informan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square diperoleh pada variabel umur nilai p =0,117, pendidikan p = 0,009, pengetahuan p=0,001, sikap p=0,003, dukungan suami p=0,000 dan pojok ASI p=0.003 dengan faktor yang  paling berpengaruh adalah dukungan suami nilai p= 0.000 exp (B) 345.494. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan ASI ekslusif hanya diberikan kepada anak saat menangis saja. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada pengaruh antara pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan suami dan pojok ASI dengan ibu bekerja tidak memberikan ASI Eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batu 10 dan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah dukungan suami. Kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk dapat melakukan upaya pendekatan kepada ibu agar memberikan ASI Eksklusif.  Kata Kunci : Umur, Pendidkan, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Dukungan  Suami, Pojok ASI, ASI EksklusifInfant mortality that is infectious can be prevented by exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months. Methods of collecting data through interviews with respondents using questionnaires and in-depth interviews with informants. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of the chi-square test obtained on the age variable p value = 0.117, education p = 0.009, knowledge p = 0.001, attitude p = 0.003, husband's support p = 0.000 and breastfeeding corner p = 0.003 with the most influential factor is husband's support value p= 0.000 exp (B) 345,494. The results of the interview show that exclusive breastfeeding is only given to children when they cry. The conclusion of the study is that there is an influence between education, knowledge, attitude, husband's support and breastfeeding corner with working mothers not giving exclusive breastfeeding in the Batu 10 Health Center Work Area and the most dominant variable influencing is husband's support.
