Abstract

Kepercayaan masyarakat yang tinggi terhadap SMK Brantas Karangkates sebagai sekolah yang hebat membutuhkan guru yang lebih berkualitas. Tidak semua guru memiliki akses ke program/pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi di lembaga tersertifikasi. Tim pengabdian masyarakat S1 Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif UM melatih guru-guru teknik otomotif di SMK untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalnya. Survei lokasi, materi pelatihan, jadwal, peralatan, perlengkapan, dan evaluasi instruktur adalah semua pendekatan pelatihan. Pelatihan spooring dilaksanakan secara offline sesuai prokes di SMK Brantas Karangkates, hasilnya terjadi peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru yang dibuktikan dengan rerata skor posttest (84,90) > rerata skor pretest (72,90). Perbedaannya signifikan, Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 pada 0,05. Menurut narasumber, guru bisa mengajarkan spooring. Artikel dan media elektronik menyoroti hasil pelatihan untuk mencapai target produksi program pengabdian masyarakat. Kata kunci— Spooring, Penguasaan substansi keilmuan guru, Teknik Otomotif Abstract High public trust in SMK Brantas Karangkates as a great school requires more qualified teachers. Not all teachers have access to competency-improvement programs/trainings at certified institutions. The UM Automotive Engineering Education S1 community service team trained automotive engineering teachers at SMK to increase their professional competence. Site surveys, training materials, schedules, equipment, supplies, and evaluating instructors are all training approaches. The spooring training was held offline according to the prokes at SMK Brantas Karangkates, and the result was an increase in teacher professional competence as evidenced by the mean posttest score (84.90) > the mean pretest score (72.90). The difference was significant, Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 at 0.05. According to the speakers, the teacher can teach spooring.
