<![CDATA[Dalam hal meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja konstruksi sangat penting karena kebutuhan tenaga ahli dan tenaga terampil dalam dunia konstruksi sangat besar, akan tetapi kondisi saat ini menunjukkan situasi yang tidak ideal karena masih kurangnya tenaga ahli dan tenaga terampil untuk menunjang perkembangan pembangunan infrasutruktur. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi dan profesionalisme tenaga kerja konstruksi adalah dalam bentuk sertifikasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta sebagai tenaga instruktur yang berstandar nasional dan bersertifikasi negara oleh BNSP. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan Pelatihan dan Sertifikasi Instruktur ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah atau pembekalan, metode praktik dan evaluasi dengan metode asesmen oleh Asesor yang memiliki kompetensi. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan diharapkan peserta dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam penyediaan tenaga instruktur yang kompeten dan bersertifikasi BNSP pada bidang konstruksi, mampu menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan dan sekaligus merancang serta melakukan evaluasi pelatihan, dapat memahami dan menghayati prinsip dasar dan model proses pelatihan, memahami berbagai tipe cara belajar, gaya mengajar dan memahami dimensi-dimensi efektivitas sebagai trainer serta dapat menerapkan pada berbagai situasi.
