<![CDATA[Abstract: This article examines the existence of career guidance and counseling in the digital era. This study is in the form of a literature review to understand the reality of career guidance and counseling in the digital age and its impact on information, choices, and counseli career decisions. Researchers analyzed nine articles published in the 2020-2022 timeframes. All articles are written in English. The results showed that research on career guidance and counseling in the digital era has implications for meeting the increasing needs for career guidance and counseling services, especially in developing countries. These findings specifically highlight the guidance and career counseling in the digital age through the intermediary of electronic information and communications technology (ICT) devices, including career e-counseling, digital modules, flipped classrooms, career and educational guidance systems.Keywords: career guidance, career counseling, e-counseling, information and communications technology, digital moduleAbstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji tentang eksistensi bimbingan dan konseling karir di era digital. Studi ini dalam bentuk literature review untuk memahami bagaimana eksistensi bimbingan dan konseling karir di era digital serta dampaknya bagi informasi, pilihan, keputusan karir konseli. Peneliti melakukan analisis terhadap 9 artikel yang diterbitkan dalam rentang waktu tahun 2020-2022. Semua artikel ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian pada topik eksistensi bimbingan dan konseling karir di era digital memiliki implikasi terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan layanan bimbingan dan konseling karir yang terus meningkat khususnya pada negara-negara berkembang.
