bagaimana Implementasi Motivasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kesekretariatan Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa . Kewajiban bagi setiap Pegawai didalam suatu organisasi, baik dalam organisasi pemerintahan maupun organisasi non pemerintahan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang prima dengan adanya motovasi dari pimpinan organisasi. Dari Penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh temuan hasil perhitungan dalam regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Ŷ= a+b1X1+b2X2 = 9.03 + 2.64X1 – 91.4X2 diperoleh persamaan regesi gandanya = 79.73 .berdasarkan persamaan regresi ganda ini menunjukkan tingkat pengaruh yang sangat kuat antara motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dikantor Kesekertariatan Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa. Selanjutnya untuk menyatakan besar kecilnya pengaruh variabel motivasi (X1), variabel Kepemimpinan (X2), terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) terdapat dalam rumus kontribusi korelasi ganda. kp= (RX1X2Y .100% = (34.85 .100% = 34,85%. Dengan demikian sebanyak 34, 85% terdapat kinerja pegawai dan sisanya sebanyak 66,15% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. It is the obligation of every employee in an organization, both in governmental organizations and non-governmental organizations to provide excellent service with the motivation of the organization's leadership. From the research that has been done, it is obtained that the results of calculations in multiple regression indicate that there is an influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance Ŷ= a+b1X1+b2X2 = 9.03 + 2.64X1 – 91.4 X2 obtained the double regression equation = 79.73. Based on this multiple regression equation, it shows a very strong level of influence between motivation and leadership on the performance of employees at the Minahasa Regency Regional Secretary Office. Furthermore, to express the size of the influence of the motivational variable (X1), the leadership variable (X2), on employee performance (Y) is contained in the multiple correlation contribution formula. kp= (RX1X2Y)^2.100% = (34.85)^2.100% = 34.85%.
