<![CDATA[Abstract: The problem in this study Is there a relationship between household waste management training in the entrepreneurial motivation of housewives at the independent NTB waste bank in 2020. The purpose of this study was to find a relationship between household waste management training in the entrepreneurial motivation of housewives in independent NTB waste bank in 2020. The determination of the subject in this study was 50 people. The data collection method used is the questionnaire technique as the main method, where the documentation and observation techniques are complementary methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is product moment. The results showed that the calculated r value was , while the r value in the table with a significance level of 5% and N = 50 was 0.278 (r arithmetic 0,589 > r table 0.278). This means that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Based on the table of correlation coefficients, it can be seen that the correlation r count is included in the category . So the conclusion drawn is that there is a relationship between household waste management training in the motivation for entrepreneurship of housewives at the NTB Mandiri waste bank in 2020.Keywords: Waste management, Entrepreneurial MotivationAbstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah ada hubungan antara pelatihan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dalam motivsi berwirausaha ibu rumah tangga di bank sampah NTB mandiri tahun 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari hubungan antaran pelatihan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dalam motivsi berwirausaha ibu rumah tangga di bank sampah NTB mandiri tahun 2020. Penentuan subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Teknik angket sebagai metode utama, dimana Teknik dokumentasi dan observasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Teknik analisis data yang diguakan dalam penelitian ini adalah product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai r hitung sebesar , sedangkan nilai r dalam tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan N=50 adalah 0,278 (r hitung 0,598 > r tabel 0,278). Hal ini berarti Hipotesis Nol (Ho) ditolk sedangkan Hipotesis alterntif (Ha) diterima. Berdasarkan tabel koofesien korelasi dapat diketahui bahwa korelari r hitung sebesar termasuk kategori . jadi kesimpulan yang diambil adalah terdapat hubunga yang antara pelatihan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dalam motivasi berwirausaha ibu rumah tangga di bank sampah NTB Mandiri tahun 2020.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan sampah, Motivasi Berwirausaha]]>
