This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment simultaneously and partially on the performance of UPTD Puskesmas District Kampar employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 34 people. Hypothesis testing is done by the F test and t test. based on the results of the study it can be concluded that based on simultaneous testing (together), Motivation and Work Environment affect the Performance of UPTD Puskesmas District of Kampar Employees. Based on partial test (individual), Motivation and Environment affect the Performance of UPTD Puskesmas District of Kampar employees. The closeness of the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable is close with a contribution of 58.9%
