Abstract

Purpose: Performance is a result that can be achieved by an individual at a certain time. Many factors can affect employee performance, but this study only aims to see the effect of supervision, work motivation and personal communication on performance and moderated by organizational commitment. Design/methodology/approach: This research was conducted at PR Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa by using as many as 137 employees as respondents in this study. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, obtained by interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Findings: The results of this study conclude that supervision and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, but interpersonal communication has no effect on organizational commitment. Then supervision and personal communication have no significant effect on performance, while motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Practical implications: The data analysis tool is Path Analysis using the Smart PLS Versi 3.00 program. Originality/value: This paper is original Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of leadership, discipline work, and teacher competence on teacher performance. Several factors examined teacher performance. These are leadership, discipline work and teacher competence. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The sample study was 76 teachers at SMPN 1 Bangkinang Kota. The data analysis technique was carried out with the stages of descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that simulant result leadership, discipline work and teacher competence have a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance at SMPN 1 Bangkinang City, while the leadership partially has no significant effect on teacher performance. Discipline and competence have been shown to have a significant effect on teacher performance

Abstract

Guru senantiasa menjadi sorotan strategis ketika berbicara masalah pendidikan. Oleh karena itu kinerja guru sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Pencapaian kinerja guru yang maksumal, tentu tidak terlepas dari manajemen sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, budaya kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah baik secara parsial maupun secara silmultan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 01 Kampar Kiri. Penelitian ini lebih dominan menggunakan data primer dan didukung dengan data sekunder. Data diperoleh melalui intervieu, kuesioner, file riset. Responden penelitian adalah guru SMP Negeri 01 Kampar Kiri yang berjumlah 31 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model regresi linerar berganda, dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22.00 Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi, budaya kerja, dan kepemimpinan secara empiris terbukti berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Kampar Kiri. Artinya jika terjadi perubahan pada motivasi, maka kinerja guru juga akan berubah dengan perubahan arah yang sama, dengan asumsi variabel lain konstan. Begitu juga dengan budaya kerja, jika terjadi perubahan budaya kerja ke arah yang lebih baik, maka kinerja guru juga akan berubah dengan asumsi variabel lain. Hal yang sama untuk variabel kepemimpinan, jika terjadi perubahan dalam kepemimpinan, maka kinerja juga akan berubah dengan asumsi variabel lain konstan. Kemudian secara simultan, juga terbukti bahwa motivasi, budaya kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Kampar Kiri, yang terbukti dari hasil uji F, dimana nilai signifikandi F hitung lebih rendah dari nilai alpha. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment simultaneously and partially on the performance of UPTD Puskesmas District Kampar employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 34 people. Hypothesis testing is done by the F test and t test. based on the results of the study it can be concluded that based on simultaneous testing (together), Motivation and Work Environment affect the Performance of UPTD Puskesmas District of Kampar Employees. Based on partial test (individual), Motivation and Environment affect the Performance of UPTD Puskesmas District of Kampar employees. The closeness of the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable is close with a contribution of 58.9%

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of facilities and services rates on the patient visits at Junaidi Doctor’s Clinic Kampa District. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this research were all patients who used health and general control services at the Junaidi Clinic, Kampa District which in 2019 totaled 2.645 patients and based on the Slovin formula, it is known that the number of samples in this research was 100 patients who used health and general control services at the Junaidi Clinic, Kampa District. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of facilities and services rates have a significant effect with together on the patient visits at Junaidi Doctor’s Clinic Kampa District. While based on the partial test results, the variable of facilities and services rates have a significant effect with individual on the patient visits at Junaidi Doctor’s Clinic Kampa District. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of facilities and services rates on the patient visits at Junaidi Doctor’s Clinic Kampa District is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 83,9%. While contribution of facilities and services rates variable on the patient visits at Junaidi Doctor’s Clinic Kampa District is equual to 69,8% while the remaining 30,2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of competence and career on employee performance with simulthan and partial at the PKS PTPN V Sei Garo Kampar Regency. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this research were all employee at the PMKS PT. PKS PTPN V Sei Garo Kampar Regency in 2020, amounting to 94 employee and based on the Slovin formula it is know that the number of samples in this study is 48 employee at the PMKS PT. PKS PTPN V Sei Garo Kampar Regency. The sample collection technique is using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. The sample is determined using the Slovin formula which is obtained by 48 employees as a sample. Sampling was done using accidental sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of competence and career have a significant with together effect on the employee performance at the PKS PTPN V Sei Garo Kampar Regency. While based on the partial test results, the variable of competence and career have a significant with individual effect on the employee performance at the PKS PTPN V Sei Garo Kampar Regency, with career as the dominant variable affecting employee performance. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of competence and career on the employee performance is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 85,6%. While contribution of competence and career on the employee performance is equual to 72.1% while the remaining 27,9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Research to determine the effect of skill and knowledge on the performance employee with simulthan and partial at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this study were all employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang in 2019, amounting to 94 employee and al employees were sampled so that the sampling technique in this research used a saturated census technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models.Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of skill and knowledge have a significant effect with together on the performance employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang, while based on the partial test results, the variable of skill and knowledge have a significant effect with individual on the performance employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of skill and knowledge on the performance employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang is strong with a correlation coefficient R of 79,6%. Contribution of skill and knowledge on the performance employee variables is equual to 63.3% while the remaining 36,7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research has been carried out and aims to determine the effect of authority and competence simultaneously and partially on the work commitment of ASN employees at the Kampar district health office. Sampling was done by using the slofin formula method from a population of 105 to 52 respondents. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression. Based on the test results simultaneously and partially, the variables of authority and competence have a significant effect on the work commitment of ASN employees at the Kampar District Health Service. The closeness of the relationship between the independent variables (authority and competence) and the dependent variable (work commitment) ASN employees is strong with the correlation coefficient (R) of 86.9%, while the contribution (R2) of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 75.6% ( very high), while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work experience and work performance On the job satisfaction of the employees of PT.Virajaya riauputra, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The population in this research is all 60 employees at pt. Virajaya riauputra, This sampling technique is called the census technique. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, questionnaires and research files. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the F test and t test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously work experience and work performance on employee job satisfaction, while the partial test of work experience and work performance on employee job satisfaction, the close relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. which is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 63.9%. The results of this analysis indicate that work experience and work performance have a significant and partial effect on job satisfaction of Pt. Virajaya riauputra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Bangkinang. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu bentuk satuan pendidikan formal yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan kejuruan pada jenjang pendidikan menengah sebagai lanjutan dari SMP, MTs, atau bentuk lain yang sederajat. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Guru PNS dan Guru Honorer di SMK Negeri 1 Bangkinang dengan menggunakan teknik sensus, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji secara simultan dan parsial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri 1 Bangkinang. Keeratan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 86,40%, ditentukan oleh variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,60% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
