The performance of Fresh Fruit Bunch reception activities from the plantation is not good, where out of the 6 years supply of FFB receipts, only 5 years were able to reach the set budget targets in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, while the worst performance occurred in 2016 and 2018 where the performance of FFB reception activities is below 80%. The performance of sorting and boiling stages at PT. Tasma Puja in 2013 to 2018 can be considered quite good where the number of ready-made fruit if it reaches more than 90%, meaning that the loss of fruit weight only occurs no more than 10%. This is consistent with the budget target set at the time of receipt of FFB from suppliers, where the weight of the scales received by the company will be reduced by the estimated loss of fruit weight by 10%.

This study aims to determine the application of raw material inventory control using the Just In Time (JIT) method at PT. Johan Sentosa Bangkinang so that it can be a reference for the company in the future. The results of the study note that PT. Johan Sentosa in controlling the supply of raw materials is still not optimal, seen from the total inventory costs incurred is still quite large, namely Rp. 253,297,450. While the total cost of controlling raw material supply using the Just In Time (JIT) method is Rp. 71,167,800 and using the EOQ method of Rp. 170,802,719. By using the Just In Time (JIT) method the company is able to save costs by Rp. 182,129,650 or around 72% and using the EOQ method saves inventory costs by Rp. 82,494,731 or around 32%.

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of liquidity and profitability on leverage and variables that influence leverage on industrial manufacturing companies and chemical sub-sector metals listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2018. The population in this study are all industrial and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, the samples in this study were selected as many as 16 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneous liquidity and profitability affected leverage. Partially, liquidity (CR) affects the leverage.

This study aims to determine the effect of job promotion and work discipline simultaneously and partially on employee performance in the Kampar District Environmental Service. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study was 54 people. Hypothesis testing is done by the F test and t test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that based on simultaneous tests (together), the promotion of position and work discipline influences the work performance of employees in the Environmental Department of Kampar Regency. Based on a partial test (individual), the promotion of position and work discipline affects the work performance of employees at the Environmental Department of Kampar Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction in the Class I Inpatient Installation of Bangkinang District Hospital. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sample of this study was 93 class I inpatient patients obtained through random sampling. Data collection was carried out with 25 items of patient satisfaction expectations questionnaire (α> 306). The analysis conducted is univariate using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study indicate that the average value of satisfaction level is 91.8% where the suitability level of reliability dimensions is 91.5%, responsiveness is 90.0%, assurance is 89.0%, empathy is 97.4% and tangible is 91.1%. Based on the analysis of the Cartesian diagram where of the 25 attributes, there are 1 item in quadrant A, 12 items in quadrant B, 9 items in quadrant C, and 3 items in quadrant D.

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the effect of current ratio on profit growth in the coal subsector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The independent variables used in this study are the current ratio and debt to equity ratio, while the dependent variable is earnings growth. In this study using secondary data obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id The research sample is a coal company. The sampling method used was purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 21 companies. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows.. The results showed that the effect of the current ratio and debt to equity ratio simultaneously had a significant effect on earnings growth. While partially the effect of the current ratio has a significant effect on earnings growth, while the debt to equity ratio does not have a significant effect on earnings growth.

This research was conducted with the aim to test product quality, price and promotion of purchasing decisions and variables that influence purchasing decisions of bottled drinking water in the Aqua and Le-Minerale brands in Bangkinang City. The population in this study were all consumers who made the decision to purchase bottled water Aqua and Le-minerale in Bangkinang City. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The sample in this study were selected as many as 100 people. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25.00 for windows. The results of the study showed that simultaneous bottling of Aqua had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, whereas bottled drinking water simultaneously had no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while promotion variables have no effect on purchasing decisions.

This research was conducted at PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk in 2016 to 2018. This study aims to determine the performance of financial statements of PT Krakatau Steel Tbk as by Profitability ratio, Likuidity ratio, Activity ratio and solvency ratio and its deveploment during 3 years. The analysis tool used in this study is to use company’s Profitability Ratio including ROE and ROI. Liquidity Ratio through current ratio dan cash ratio. Activity ratio includes collection periods, inventory turn over, asset turn over and Solvency Ratio include own capital ratios to total asset by analyzing financial statements in 2016 until 2018. Which refers to ministerial regulation BUMN Numbers : KEP-100/MBU/2002. Based on the results of the discussion at PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk in 2016 until 2018 is on LESS HEALTHY predikety. Because the company suffered a considerable loss from 2016 to 2018.

This study aims to determine the strategy that should be carried out by UD. Dina Motor in Bangkinang City in marketing non-new motorbikes. The type of data used is primary data obtained through UD. Dina Motor Bangkinang City and secondary data in the form of documents, files and notes that have been published. Data collection techniques are interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and research files. Data analysis was carried out using SWOT analysis, which is mapping with strength maps, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to determine the factors of effective strategy advantage. The results showed that the map of the strength of the motorcycle marketing strategy is not new to UD. Dina Motor in Bangkinang City is in quadrant I as a market leader, namely a strategy to support aggressive growth (growth oriented strategy).

OPTIMALISASI PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU TANDAN BUAH SEGAR (TBS) DALAM PRODUKSI CRUDE PALM OIL (CPO) PADA PKS PT. TUNGGAL YUNUS ESTATE KABUPATEN KAMPAR Yusup Yusup

This study aim to determine the optimal inventory control the raw materials of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) in the production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PKS PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Kampar Regency. The data analysis method used is the EOQ method, the safety stock and the re-order point. Based on the resuts of the analysis, the optimum purchase quantity according to conventional company policy is 321,29 Tons with a purchase frequency of 312 time. Whereas based on the EOQ method the optimum purchase quantity is 658,49 Tons with a purchase frequency of 152 time. Total inventory cost with conventional company pollicy is Rp. 7.676.089 whearese based on the EOQ is Rp. 6.050.243. So by using the EOQ method yhe company can streamline inventory costs by Rp. 1.625.856. meanwhile, for safety inventory and reorder points according to the company policy does not exist, while EOQ method there safety stock is 1,169.38 Tons and r-eorder point is 1,490,67 tons.
