Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Fisika Berbasis Contextual Teaching And Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA

Abstract

Abstract:  This study aims to develop physics teaching materials for hooke's law material based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) that are valid, practical and have a potential effect on improving the ability to understand students' concepts. This type of research is development research using the Rowntree development model which includes the planning stage, development stage and evaluation stage. The evaluation stage using Tessmer's formative evaluation includes self-evaluation, expert review, one to one evaluation, small group evaluation, and field test. The results of the data analysis showed that the teaching materials developed received an average of 3.59 at the expert review stage with a very valid category. Stage one to one obtained an average of 4.34 with a very practical category. The one to one evaluation stage obtained an average of 4.28 with a very practical category. Based on the results of the pretest-posttest 0.59 with a moderate category. So it can be concluded that contextual teaching and learning-based teaching materials are very valid, very practical, and have a potential impact on students.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar fisika materi hukum hooke berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) yang valid, praktis dan memiliki efek potensial untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Development Research) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Rowntree yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap evaluasi menggunakan evaluasi formatif Tessmer meliputi self evaluation, expert review, one to one evaluation, small group evaluation, dan field test. Hasil analisis data  menunnjukkan  bahwa  bahan  ajar yang dikembangkan mendapat rata-rata 3,59 pada tahap expert review dengan kategori sangat valid. Tahap one to one memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 4,34 dengan kategori sangat praktis. Tahap one to  one evaluation memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 4,28 dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil pretest-posttest 0,59 dengan kategori sedang. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis contextual teaching and learning sangat valid, sangat praktis, serta memiliki dampak potensial bagi peserta didik.
