PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI TERBIMBING DI SMA NEGERI 1 PERCUT SEI TUAN

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing (Guided Inquiry) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Pokok Suhu Dan Kalor Di Kelas X Semester II SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan T.P 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain two group pre-test dan post-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 2 kelas yang diambil dengan teknik  random sampling yaitu X MIA-1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 30 orang yang diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing (Guided Inquiry) dan kelas X MIA-5 sebagai kelas kontrol berjumlah 30 orang yang diberi perlakuan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian berupa essay test sebanyak 7 soal. Hasil analisis data pretes kedua kelas menunjukan kedua kelas berdistribusi normal dan homogen serta memiliki kemampuan awal yang sama. Nilai rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen 73 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol 62,02. Berdasarkan analisis data postes bahwa data berdistribusi normal, homogen dan uji t satu pihak menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan akibat pengaruh model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing (Guided Inquiry) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Pokok Suhu Dan Kalor Di Kelas X Semester II SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan T.P 2016/2017.  Kata Kunci: Inkuiri Terbimbing (Guided Inquiry); Hasil Belajar; Suhu dan Kalor ABSTRACT The aims of this research tofind the effect of guided inquiry learning model to the learning outcomes on the subject matter temperature and heat of class x semester II in state high school 1 of Percut Sei Tuan T.P. 2016/2017. This type of research is quasi experiment with design two group pre-test dan post-test. The study population was all class X state high school 1 Percut Sei Tuan divided into 5 classes. The study sample consisted of 2 classes were taken at random cluster sampling technique that is X MIA-1 as experiment class which amounted to 30 people who were given treatment of Guided Inquiry model and X class MIA-5 as control class amounted to 30 people who were treated conventional learning. The research instrument is essay test of 7 questions. The results of pretest data analysis of both classes show that both classes are normal and homogeneous distributed and have the same initial capability. Average grade of experimental class postes and average grade of control class 62,02. Based on postes data analysis that normal distributed data, homogenous and t test one side showed there is significant difference due to the effect of guided inquiry model to the learning outcomes on the subject matter temperature and heat of class x semester II in state high school 1 of Percut Sei Tuan T.P. 2016/2017 Keywords: Guided Inquiry; Learning Outcomes; Temperature and Heat
