Abstract

This research aims to examine how the role of solidarity works, of course, supported by how the community responds to every value that exists in mutual assistance embedded in their environment, even though Living together, in responding to it will be different because it is adjusted to the sense of solidarity that exists. The method of writing articles on Gotong Royong as a means of strengthening the solidarity of the Dusun Kalangan community uses the research method of literature studies. In this literature study method that searches databases from various references, such as research journals, journal reviews, and data related to gotong royong culture. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that in the mutual assistance activities that have been carried out in this Hamlet, it can heal a sense of mutual help or togetherness of these local residents can be well intertwined. Without us realizing that this can strengthen their sense of solidarity to continue to work together to maintain the culture and moral values that contained in mutual aid activities in Kalangan Hamlet.
