Abstract

AbstrakEvent atau acara merupakan sebuah hal atau pokok yang dilaksanakan secara terencana dan tersusun untuk suatu tujuan. Tujuan khusus dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen terhadap penyelenggaraan event dinner. Dengan judul proyek tugas akhir ini adalah “Persepsi Konsumen Terhadap Penyelenggaraan Event Dinner di Restoran Two Fat Monks Bali” dengan jumlah tamu yaitu delapan belas orang dengan menampilkan akustik band dan menyajikan makanan menggunakan one set menu mulai dari appetizer, soup, main course, dan dessert. Data dikumpulkan dengan empat metode yaitu wawancara kepada narasumber untuk menggali informasi restoran terkait dengan pelaksanaan event ini, observasi dengan meninjau langsung ke lokasi, dokumentasi, demonstrasi, dan survei berupa kuesioner yang akan dibagikan kepada para tamu di akhir acara melalui WhatsApp dengan delapan pertanyaan mengenai penyelenggaraan event dinner di restoran two fat monks Bali. Data akan dianalisis secara kualitatif yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini menunjukan bahwa penyelenggaraan event dinner di restoran two fat  monks secara keseluruhan memenuhi harapan para tamu yang menghadiri event dinner.AbstractEvent or event is a thing or subject that is carried out in a planned and structured way for something. The specific purpose of this final project is to determine consumer perceptions of organizing dinner events. The title of this final project is “Consumer Perception of Organizing Dinner Events at Two Fat Monks Bali Restaurant with eighteen guests featuring an acoustic band and serving food using a set menu starting from appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert. Data was collected by four methods, namely interviews with resource persons to dig up restaurant information related to the implementation of this event, observation by direct observation to the location, documentation, demonstrations, and surveys in the form of questionnaires that will be conducted to guests at the end of the event via WhatsApp with eight questions for organizing the event. dinner at the restaurant of two fat Balinese monks. The data will be analyzed qualitatively sourced from primary data and secondary data. The results of this final project show that the holding of a dinner event at the restaurant of two fat monks as a whole met the expectations of the guests who attended the dinner.
