<![CDATA[The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of competence and motivation on the performance of the Mandar Silk Sarong Craftsmen, Karama Village, Tinambung District, Polewali Mandar Regency. Using the SPSS method, there were 40 respondents who were used as samples in this study, namely the weavers of Karama Village. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the research sample. Analysis t test is used to test in this study. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of weavers, motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of weavers, competence and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of weavers in Karama Village, Tinambung District, Polewali Mandar Regency.]]>
