Abstract

This study aims to determine the work skills of women Mandar silk weavers in supporting the family economy (Case study in Pambusuang Village, Balanipa District, Kab, Polman The research approach used in this study is an ethnographic qualitative research method, because this research is related to a culture, namely the competence of women in weaving Mandar silk sarongs, in this study describing an event according to reality. The location of the research was carried out in Pambusuang Village, Balanipa District, Polewali Mandar Regency, which was on Poro Polewali Majene Street. The informants used in this study were 10 women weavers of Mandar silk sarongs. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive data analysis method. Qualitative descriptive analysis method is data analysis that produces written or spoken words from people and behaviors that can be observed by individuals holistically (whole). The results showed that the work competencies of the women in Pambusuang Village in weaving Mandar silk they already had, namely they already knew how to make quality silk fabrics, namely by 1) Using good and clean weaving equipment, 2) using quality yarn raw materials, 3) a stable sitting position during the weaving process, 4) maintain cleanliness while tightening the thread so that it is neat, 5) be patient in weaving. The income of the women silk weavers from the sale of silk cloth is uncertain because it depends on the amount sold. In general, their income from the sale of Mandar silk cloth ranges from Rp. 200,000 – Rp. 800,000/month. This income has not been able to cover their family's daily needs because some of the money they use to buy back the raw materials needed for weaving Mandar silk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether work participation has an effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BRI Majene Branch. Job satisfaction is a person's emotional response to work situations and conditions. In other words, job satisfaction is a set of pleasant or unpleasant employee feelings based on material rewards and psychological (non-material) rewards. The data used in this study is primary data. The sample in this study was 48 people. The data is processed in the form of numerical data (numbers) using a Likert scale. Methods of collecting data by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data is processed using spss for windows version 21. The data analysis method uses quantitative methods, namely by using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the Job Participation Variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Bank BRI Majene Branch by 51.1% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables not examined at 48.9%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether work life balance and work stres partially affect employee performance, whether work life balance and work stres simultaneously affect employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Bank Sulselbar Majene Branch Office. Because every agency in carrying out its activities and to achieve goals is always faced with a problem both coming from within and outside the agency. This study uses a saturated sample where the population is used as a research sample of 36 samples. This research approach uses a quantitative approach with the aim of survey research. In collecting data the researchers used primary data in the form of questionnaire data addressed to employees of PT Bank Sulselbar Majene Branch Office. This study uses multiple linear analysis (Multiple regression analysis). The results show that: 1) There is a significant effect of work life balance partially on employee performance 2) There is a significant effect of partial work stres on employee performance 3) work life balance and work stres simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Branch Office Majene

Abstract

This research was conducted at the public MTs School Polewali I Mandar. The total population in this study was 68 and all populations were sampled so that the sample in this study amounted to 68 people. This study uses a questionnaire to collect data and has passed the validity and reliability test stages while data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis normality test, multicollinearity test and coefficient of determination test and T test and F test. The results of the study at MTs Negeri 1 Polewali Mandar found that (1). Sharing knowledge has no effect on teacher performance because teachers do not use other people's opinions in teaching even though this method is very good for students and teachers also cannot combine several knowledge processes that can become new knowledge for students. (2). Teacher commitment Partially influence on teacher performance. Because teachers have a strong commitment to become teachers and teachers are also proud to be teachers at MTs Negeri I Polewali Mandar so they motivate themselves so that students can excel at the regional and national levels (3). Knowledge sharing and commitment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the public MTs Polewali I Mandar school together. Because teachers already know that a good way to share knowledge is by interacting with students. In addition, the explanation of the material must also be precise so that students can understand the lesson, firmly to students who do not pay attention to the lesson. After that, it motivates students to be more active in learning so that they can get achievements at the district and national levels

Abstract

Pokok masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada 4 Rumah Makan di Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Adapun permasalahan dalam skripsi ini, sebagai berikut: 1) Apakah kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada 4 Rumah Makan di Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, 2) Apakah komitmen berpengaruh terhadap terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada 4 Rumah Makan di Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, 3) Apakah kepercayaan dan komitmen berpengaruh secara bersama – sama/ Simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada 4 Rumah Makan di Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Kecamatan Pamboang, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantatif degan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif sumber data ialah data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam skripsi tersebut adalah kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan penulusuran referensi. Kemudian teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yakni : regresi berganda, penujian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Pertama, Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai t-hitung 4,739 > t-tabel 1,661. Kedua, Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai t-hitung 8,385 t-tabel 1,661. Ketiga, kepercayaan dan komitmen secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005 dengan nilai F-hitung 77,717 > F-tabel 3,09

Abstract

This was motivated by the existence of a pandemic situation which resulted in most of the economic activities being halted and had an impact on all sectors including daring transportation. Profit levels can be maintained if the company can design a marketing strategy and implement security as an important factor in choosing online transportation services. This study aims to see whether marketing and security strategies affect the decision to use Go-ride during Covid-19. This study uses a quantitative method with a total of 159 respondents with Go-ride user criteria, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of the study show that marketing has a positive and significant effect on usage decisions, security has a positive effect on usage decisions, marketing strategy and security simultaneously influence the decision to use

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai di Badan Kesbangpol Kabupaten Pangkep, metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang pegawai sebagai responden di Badan Kesbangpol Kabupaten Pangkep. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling Jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan pegawai tetap 30 orang dan 4 orang pegawai honorer pada Badan Kesbangpol Kabupaten Pangkep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,340 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,005. Secara parsial kompetensi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai ditinjau dari nilai t hitung sebesar 2,189 > t tabel 2,045 artinya kompetensi pegawai sangat mempengaruhi kinerja seseorang karena setiap pegawai dituntut untuk bisa adaptasi terhadap setiap perubahan yang terjadi pada organisasi. Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,554 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,003 < 0,005. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai ditinjau dari nilai t hitung sebesar 3,226 > t tabel 2,045 artinya kenyamanan lingkungan kerja dapat memicu pegawai untuk bekerja lebih baik sehingga peningkatan kinerja dapat dicapai secara maksimal. Kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dilihat dari nilai F hitung sebesar 10,797 > F tabel 3,32.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan, Dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif, lokasi penelitian dikantor Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene Jl. Jend. A. Yani KM-4 Rangas Majene. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene berjumlah 140 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Probability Sampling (58 orang), dan menggunakan teknik analisis data skala likeart olah data statistik program SPSS versi 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Iklim Organisasi dan Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene. Kata kunci: Iklim Organisasi, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

ALFIAN, Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dibimbing oleh Enny Radjab dan Sri Utami Permata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatif dan jenis penelitian ini bersifat survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Polewali Mandar yang berjumlah 36 orang. Untuk mendapatkan sampel yang dapat mewakili populasi, maka dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini digunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of competence and motivation on the performance of the Mandar Silk Sarong Craftsmen, Karama Village, Tinambung District, Polewali Mandar Regency. Using the SPSS method, there were 40 respondents who were used as samples in this study, namely the weavers of Karama Village. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the research sample. Analysis t test is used to test in this study. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of weavers, motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of weavers, competence and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of weavers in Karama Village, Tinambung District, Polewali Mandar Regency.
