Qualitative data analysis techniques consist of four stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. From the results of the study, it was found that children have self-confidence in their abilities, confidence to continue their education. Where before carrying out motivational interviews, children were more quiet, less communicative, introverted, felt afraid, still had negative thoughts about themselves, children lacked confidence because they thought that after completing coaching they could not continue their education and could not reach their goals, and believe in the abilities that are in him. Interview motivation techniques are one way to motivate clients, especially child clients. Motivational interviews are one of the most effective techniques for changing the attitudes, behaviors and perspectives of child clients. After the motivational interview technique was carried out, the child clients were more open, less afraid, more confident in their abilities, more expressive than before, who looked gloomy, not stiff, were able to think positively, were more enthusiastic, and had a picture of the achievements they wanted to achieve.
