Abstract

The implementation of the Unisma Malang Hospital Building Construction with a completion time of 364 days, starting on March 1, 2020 and targeted for completion on August 12, 2021, but experiencing delays in its implementation.The acceleration is carried out using the Crashing Program method with alternatives that can reduce project time. The data used to conduct this research is secondary data in the form of budget plan data, time schedule, plan drawings. Analysis of the calculation of the acceleration of time with the addition of working hours (overtime) with a reduced duration of 5 days with an additional cost of Rp. 57.326.997.730,48,while with the addition of labor it is reduced by 10 days with an additional cost of biaya Rp 57.311.987.522,00, of the normal cost. So the results with the optimum crash is the addition of workers.
