<![CDATA[ABSTRAKSuatu perusahaan memiliki beberapa perangkat atau fasilitas yang berhubungan dengan listrik, khususnya pada ruang lingkup utilitas perusahaan. Banyak perangkat yang berhubungan dengan kondisi On dan Off seperti lampu penerangan, AC, Motor Kompresor, Kipas dan lain sebagainya. Perangkat-perangkat tersebut dapat berfungsi ketika dihidupkan. Tetapi ada suatu kelemahan yaitu ketika alat tersebut beroperasi secara terus menerus. Tentu saja hal ini berkaitan erat dengan konsumsi daya listrik yang digunakan. Semakin lama alat tersebut beroperasi, semakin besar pula konsumsi daya listrik yang digunakan. Penelitian kali ini adalah motor kompresor yang digunakan untuk energi angin ke semua mesin di perusahaan yang sering On secara otomatis. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa terkait permasalahan motor kompresor akibat on dan off yang tidak efisien. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya kebocoran angin di jalur pneumatic seperti cylinder, fitting angin, dan solenoid. Hal ini pula yang menyebabkan lonjakan arus dan temperatur yang signifikan karena motor kompresor harus bekerja lebih ekstra dari biasanya.Kata Kunci : PLC, on-off, kompresor.ABSTRACTA company has several devices or facilities related to electricity, especially in the scope of company utilities. But there is a drawback that is when the tool operates continuously. Of course this is closely related to the consumption of electrical power used. The longer the tool operates, the greater the consumption of electrical power used. This time's research is a compressor motor that is used for wind energy to all machines in the company which are often on automatically. In this study, an analysis was carried out related to the problem of the compressor motor due to inefficient on and off. This is due to air leaks in the pneumatic lines such as cylinders, air fittings and solenoids.
