Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of students of class IV on FPB materials using the PBL learning model. This research included Class Action Research (PTK) using model types from Kemmis and McTaggart. This study was conducted in Class IV SDN 178 Gegerkalong KPAD teaching year 2022/2023 semester on the subject of the language of the largest federal factor. (FPB). This study is a collaborative class action study conducted over two cycles. The purpose of learning using the PBL model is to improve learning outcomes in creating a primary factorization structure and being able to set FPB values. Data collection methods use observation, interview, and test techniques. The results of this class action study showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle 1 to cycle 2. Cycle 1 gains an average of 67, while cycle 2 gains a average of 85. Thus, PBL learning can increase the learning outcomes of students in Class IV SDN 178 Gegerkalong KPAD by 27%.
