Based on the Liliefors test, decision making uses a significant level of 5% with a significant value (sig)>0,05, namely 0,226 > 0,05, so it can be said to be normally distributed. In the correlation coefficient test of 0,756, it means that rcount is 0,756 > rtable is 0,361, so it is concluded that teacher performance influences student learning outcomes. In the t-test that has been carried out, namely tcount>ttable and the results obtained are 6,113>2,048, which means that Ha is accepted so that the researcher concludes that there is a significant influence between teacher performance on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Santo Thomas 2 Medan.
