School-age children are the next generation of the nation who need to receive nutrition education from an early age to form good eating habits regarding nutrition and health. One of the important nutrients in school-age children is a protein useful for growth and replacement of damaged tissue. This community service aims to provide information on balanced nutrition and animal protein to prevent stunting. The method used is by giving lectures and playing nutrition cards with pictures of food ingredients in groups and distributing processed food rich in animal protein in the form of grilled fish cake , boiled eggs, and milk. Participants were 45 elementary school children aged 7-11 years. The results of this activity showed that participants enthusiastically participated in the training and were able to classify food ingredients based on their nutritional function. Suggestions that can be recommended are the need for knowledge and support from parents, especially mothers in terms of preparing high-protein foods to prevent stunting.
