The application that can improve student learning outcomes in learning is to use concrete media. This study aims to describe the PBL model using concrete media to improve science learning outcomes material changes in the form of objects. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at SDN Ngaglik 01 Kota Batu with a total of 25 students. Classroom action research consisting of cycle I and cycle II which has four stages including planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection is done by observation and tests. The results showed that there was an increase in student activity when the teacher gave media to students. In this case, student learning outcomes using concrete media increased, namely in the first cycle the average student score was 58.64% and increased in the second cycle to 83.72%. It can be concluded that the application of the PBL model using concrete media to improve science learning outcomes material changes in the form of objects can improve student learning outcomes.
