<![CDATA[Micro, small, and medium enterprises have an important role in the economic sector. Partners in this community service are MSMEs and community communities. Problems that occur in MSME partners include product marketing, product patents, and knowledge about the use of good packaging (packaging). Therefore, IKM exists as an organization formed under the coordination of Cilengsi District. This organization accommodates efforts to empower community members in the Cilengsi Sub-district in relation to environmental maintenance and care. The solutions we offer to partners include counseling and training related to partner problems that aim to increase partners' competitiveness in the business sector based on the application of the concept of design thinking. Based on the research results, it was found that there are 4 aspects that are the focus of community service related to problems that exist in MSMEs, including product marketing, intellectual property rights (HKI) ownership, packaging, and halal certification. These four aspects are important elements in business development and increasing consumer confidence in the products being marketed. There needs to be participation from the worlds of academia, business, and government to strengthen MSMEs.]]>
