<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektifitas penerapan keadilan restorative sebagai upaya meminimalisasi penggunaan pidana bagi anak pelaku tindak pidana pada tahap penuntutan serta Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan keadilan restorative dalam menghadapi anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan empiris atau social legal research. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan fakta bahwa keadilan restorative pada tahap penuntutan di Kejaksaan belum efektif terlaksana sebagai upaya meminimalisasi penggunaan sanksi pidana bagi anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan keadilan restoratif dalam menghadapi anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum adalah faktor substansi hukum, faktor struktur hukum, dan faktor kemampuan SDM Kejaksaan khususnya Jaksa Penuntut Umum anak. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the application of restorative justice as an effort to minimize the use of punishment for juvenile offenders at the prosecution stage and to identify and analyze the factors that influence the application of restorative justice in dealing with children in conflict with the law. This type of research is research with an empirical approach or social legal research. The results of the research have found that restorative justice at the prosecution stage at the Attorney General's Office has not been effectively implemented as an effort to minimize the use of criminal sanctions for children in conflict with the law. Factors that influence the implementation of restorative justice in dealing with children in conflict with the law are legal substance factors, legal structure factors, and factors of the Attorney General's human resources capacity, especially the Child Prosecutor.]]>
