Based on the results of observations in class I at SDN Sumbersari 02 Malang City, it was found that students' learning activities were less than optimal after the corona pandemic. This is shown during group discussions, students still work individually, only want to work together with fellow students who are more familiar. Students do not help each other complete the task. This study aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model in the Pancasila Education Subject to increase the learning activity of class I students at SDN Sumbersari 02 Malang City. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of three stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation and action, and (3) reflection. The research was conducted in 2 cycles, and each cycle consisted of 2 meetings. The results showed that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model was well implemented and experienced an increase in each cycle. The suggestions put forward are, in the application of the learning model the teacher must be able to condition the class so that students can follow each phase of learning properly.
