The research aims to know: (1) the effect of internship on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar; (2) the effect of the role of counseling guidance teacher on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar; and (3) the effect of internship and the role of counseling guidance teacher on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar. This research used descriptive quantitative methods. The research population is all students of class XII OTKP. The sampling technique used saturation sampling with 72 students as samples. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and document analysis. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with analysis prerequisite test, the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The result of the research shows that: (1) internship has a positive and significant effect on work readiness (tcount 5,504 > ttabell1,99495); (2) the role of counseling guidance teacher has a positive and significant effect on work readiness (toount 2,050 > ttabel 1,99495); and (3) internship and the role of counseling guidance teacher has positive and significant on work readiness (Fcount 22,025 > Ftable,13).
