Abstract

The aims of the research were to analyze the study result improvement by implementation of quantum learning. Collection of data were obtained through non technical test and observation to determine the teacher performance, affective and psychomotor of students also the test to determine student learning outcomes. Data were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative techniques. This research showed an increase in student learning outcomes through the quantum learning.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peningkatan hasil belajar melalui model quantum learning. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui teknik non tes dan tes berupa lembar observasi untuk mengetahui kinerja guru, afektif dan psikomotor siswa serta soal tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui model quantum learning.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kinerja guru, model quantum learning
