<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the analysis of marriage law in cases of early marriage in Pallawa Village, Tellu Limpoe District, Bone Regency. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the research were processed using a qualitative approach and a type of case study research. The source of the author's informants is the Pallawa village government, the Pallawa village community, and early marriage actors to find out the Analysis of Marriage Law in Early Marriage Cases in Pallawa Village, Tellu Limpoe District, Bone Regency. The results of the study show that: 1) Based on the data that the researchers obtained, many did not comply with the law that had been regulated regarding age limits so that many of them entered into early marriages and applied for marriage dispensation. 2) the attitude or response of the Pallawa village community, the community specifically disagrees with early marriage because it is not in accordance with the applicable law and there are many negative consequences that will occur.]]>
