Abstract

Allah Swt. created man and put out of the belly of his mother, not knowing anything, but Allah. giving the potential to learn something. Through education, a person develops this potential, know something that is around. To that education is understood as a place to embed something in a person, whether physical or spiritual nature is very important. The problem is, how it relates to maqasyidu al-Shari'ah. Education and training in addition to meaningful guidance also contains elements of "nurture". In maqasyidu al-Shari'ah, there are five things that need to be maintained, ie to preserve the religion, life, intellect, wealth and offspring. Fifth it as something that is to be the subject and object of education, whether related to meaning, the basis and objectives as well as those related to the implementation of education.

Abstract

In an effort to reform Islamic education need to be formulated clearly the implications of the verses of the Qur'an and hadith concerning the "nature" or innate potential, the mission and goal of human life. Because these formulations will be basic concepts of Islamic education philosophy. To that end, philosophy or any basic assumption of Islamic education can only be applied properly if the environmental conditions (socio-cultural) considered. So, if we want to make changes Islamic education, the first step that must be done is to formulate the basic concepts of philosophical education (a) in accordance with the teachings of Islam, (b) develop empris the principles underlying its appropriateness in the context of the environment (socio-cultural) which in this case is a civil society. Because without the basic framework of philosophical and theoretical Kuta then change Islamic education does not have a strong foundation and also do not have a definite direction. The basic concept of theoretical philosophy and Islamic education, should be placed in the context of civil society supra system in which education will be implemented.

Abstract

Character development as one of the priority programs of national development which is implicitlyaffirmed the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) 2005-2025. Therefore, to realize it inaccordance with the national culture is certainly not solely carried out in schools and Pasantrenthrough a series of teaching and learning activities outside of school, but also through habituation(habituation) in life. This is the main basis so it is said that education is the Pondok Pasantren easierto form the character of students as learning models that do more dominant model of learningthrough habituation. Eg learning model halaqah, methods sorogan, Weton, Muhawarah,Mudzakarah, Memory, Demonstration. This model was developed at the Pondok Pasantren learningand being able to shape the character of the students. As is understood that the character is "a way ofthinking and behaving that is characteristic of each individual to live and work, both in the sphere offamily life, community, nation, and state. Similarly, education is "the process of changing attitudesand code of conduct of a person or group of people in a mature business man through the efforts ofteaching and training, processes, means, acts educate. By looking at the second definition above thecharacter and education which are referred to implementation of character education can be seen inthe Pondok Pasantren the realization of quality education and teaching towards the creation of amoral generation, skilled and independent and can be basic community development. Thus it can beunderstood that learning on Pondok Pasantren has implemented character education since firstlearning model halaqah which is the process of formation of a way of thinking and behaving studentsand characterizes them in private life, family, community, and environment.

Abstract

This article describes the problem of human existence and the main task in the review of Islamic education. From the discussion, it is understood that that man as a creature of God Almighty. must be able to carry out the mandate of Allah. , the duties of life on earth. Human beings Allah. has two main tasks, namely: (1) as' abdullah , the servant of Allah. to be submissive and obedient to all the rules and His will and serve Him only; and (2) as the caliph of Allah swt. on earth, which includes the implementation of the tasks of the Caliphate of self, family, society, and the nature of the task Caliphate. It was hinted on the need for a balanced attitude in life, which is balanced between the needs of the material with the spiritual or Ruhiyah. This means the need for implanted Sufi soul coupled with the practice of Islamic law, particularly worship, remembrance, contemplation, muhasabah and so on.

Abstract

Sex education is teaching efforts, awareness, and information about sexual problems are given to children since he understands the problems relating to sex, instinct, and marriage. And sex education for adolescents is important, it is intended to menhindarkan teenagers from acts of adultery is forbidden by Islam. The main role in sex education for adolescents held by the parents, because the parents are responsible for the development of their children so as not to fall into the hole contempt. As for sex education can be done in several ways that are global is to give sense to the child sex as well as provide an understanding of the limitations in the mix, and increasing faith in Allah swt children.

Abstract

Birth of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (Agency) is the fruit of the reform movement. Itspresence is not actually to bring a new mission. The existence of the Agency be necessary presence ,to support law enforcement in Indonesia . Vision, Mission and work program of the Agency into asystemic one thing that must be supported by a comprehensive implementation rules. The whole rangeof the Agency must first have an understanding as well as the high professionalism of this institutionand understand the true nature of man which can never be expected to improve society and theenvironment let alone in the scale of the nation. Likewise, the presence of these institutions must havethe suppor of all elements of the nation in order to function in society.

Abstract

The term of “jilbab” means loose of clother which is able to cover a woman’s part of bodies which may not be visibe while perfoming a ritual except face and two palms a hands, so circle that can be seen. Etimologically, jilbab is a masdar (gerund) formed from verb “jalaba” which means ‘to bring” bring” or “to collect”. Its plural form is “jalabin”. It menas auter garment, mantle, and cloack that can cover all wamen’s bodies. Jilbab means also, specially when the Qur’an revealed, is a clother that covers bodies from up to down, a long cover of head, covering blanket, the second layer. Jilbab of course, for women has a main purpose to cover women’s part of bodies, in order to be safe from an interaction and a relation between a man and a woman from illegal relation according to view of view of Islamic law. Jilbab has also purposes to show a woman’s simplicity and core personal values, and to protect herself from many possinilities in a life that related to unhoped thing.

Abstract

This article describes the problem settlement komflik and social tensions in the perspective of Islamic law. From the results pemamaparan with sociological approaches and gained an understanding of Islamic law that conflicts and social tensions that often occur in Indonesia, caused by various factors, namely discrimination, differences in character, tribal, or ethnic, the struggle for economic resources. Social conflicts can be prevented by the teachings of their respective religions adherents properly, among others, mutual respect and respect, not mutual fissure or make inter-religious or belief, always developed a sense of unity, compassion and humanity as well as look all human beings equal in the eyes of Allah. Settlement of social conflicts in Islamic law can be done by: 1) Conduct reconciliation (keefing) or the desire to make peace between the two sides of the conflict, 2) Generating a third party who is competent (Hakam or arbitrator), which carry the mandate to try to reconcile end finish social problems that occur. 3) Fight those who violate the peace agreement. In the sense for those who violate the peace agreement and to keep the anarchist action or attack against any other party, then the attack should immediately be taken according to the procedures applicable law.

Abstract

Muhammad al-Ghazali was a scientist and muballig very critical in exploring the teachings of Islam. He positioned the Qur’an as the source of the first and foremost in Islam so that the hadith (traditions matn) should be in line with the Qur’an, if not he leave even though his sanad valid. In understanding the verse or hadith, he is absolutely adhered to the textual, but on certain things so that he also uses contextual verse or hadith is not understood partially.

Abstract

Teaching purpose of learning the mother tongue (the default language) is a goal of life, namely as a communication tool to achieve what you want in life, and therefore the motivation for learning is very high. Meanwhile learn foreign languages, such as Arabic (for non-Arab), in general have a purpose as a communication tool and science (culture). However, a foreign language is not used as a language of everyday life, and therefore the motivation to learn Arabic is lower than the mother tongue. Thus the teaching of Arabic (foreigners) should be based on five principles requires that the principle of priority in the preparatory process, and feedback koreksitas principle, the principle of gradual, the principle of appreciation, as well as the correlation and content. Arabic language teaching methods can be classified into two types, namely: first, the method of the traditional / classical, which focuses on language teaching as a science culture. and both modern methods, ie teaching that aims language as a communication tool in modern life. To achieve these objectives must be through effective learning approach yng includes four approaches, namely humanistic, communion-katif, contextual, and structural.
