Analisis Strategi Marketing Public Relations PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia dalam Pasar Internasional

Abstract

In trade activities that are growing rapidly in the world, every company is competing to reach more consumers. The method used is through export activities. Marketing Public Relations (MPR) plays an important role in becoming a bridge between product marketing activities and educating people abroad. PT. Heinz ABC is one of the companies that already has a good reputation in the export trade. In this study, researchers wanted to find out and analyze the MPR strategy carried out by PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia in its export activities. To find out the MPR strategy, researchers used the STOP-SIT analysis method, because this method is effective for finding out about a company's MPR activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection used face-to-face and online in-depth interviews also used observation and literature studies, and documentation during research. The findings in this study are PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia carries out a push-and-pull MPR strategy and uses various forms of MPR activities such as publications, events, and sponsorships. Pada kegiatan perdagangan yang berkembang pesat di dunia, setiap perusahaan berlomba-lomba untuk menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen. Cara yang digunakan yaitu melalui kegiatan ekspor. Marketing public relations (MPR) memegang peran penting untuk menjadi jembatan antara kegiatan pemasaran produk dan mengedukasi masyarakat di luar negeri. PT. Heinz ABC merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang sudah memiliki reputasi baik di perdagangan ekspor. Pada penelitian ini peneliti ingin mencari tahu dan menganalisis strategi MPR yang dilakukan PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia dalam kegiatan ekspornya. Untuk mengetahui strategi MPR, peneliti menggunakan metode analisis STOP-SIT, dikarenakan metode tersebut efektif untuk mencari tahu kegiatan MPR perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam secara tatap muka dan secara daring, juga menggunakan observasi dan studi kepustakaan, serta dokumentasi selama melakukan penelitian. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini yaitu PT. Heinz ABC Indonesia melakukan strategi MPR push dan pull, serta menggunakan berbagai bentuk kegiatan MPR seperti publikasi, event, dan sponsorship.
