<![CDATA[The purpose of this research to determine the effectiveness of the WBK predicate on improving the quality of public services at the Kemenkumham NTB. To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving public services to the community at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights NTB. The type of research used in this study was a qualitative research technique with a case study approach. In determining the informants in this study, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model (Interactic Model of Analysis). Improving the quality of public services at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights NTB has been running effectively. The Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of West Nusa Tenggara has implemented the Integrity Zone Development Towards WBK/WBBM since 2014, Ministry of Law and Human Rights officials received bribes in 2019. The service is not friendly, not timely, and acts of discrimination. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) at the Regional Office of the Kemenkumham NTB achieved a very good score with a score of 19.40 out of 20 targets that had been set. Supporting factors for the implementation of the six areas of change and service innovation such as BILLADU (Integrated Service Car). The inhibiting factors are the limited budget from the government and the Covid-19 pandemic. The Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights West Nusa Tenggara can continue to maintain the implementation of the six areas of change in improving the quality of public services to maintain the Corruption Free Area (WBK) Predicate every year and can immediately achieve The Predicate of the Clean Serving Bureaucratic Region (WBBM). It is hoped that the government will pay attention to the budget for agencies so that the quality of public services to the community can run effectively.]]>
