<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation both individually and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Bank Central Asia KCP Pulogadung. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach with a population of 25 employees, while the number of samples is the same as the population. The sampling technique is saturated sample technique. Data collection technique used a questionnaire, while data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Research results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This is shown from research using IBM SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the factors that influence employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia KCP Pulogadung are work environment and work motivation.]]>
