Abstract

The research aims to measure the effect of service quality on the image of Auliya Integrated Islamic School. The theory used is the Parasuraman theory with dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible (physical evidence), Emphaty (Empathy), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Assurance) and Assurance (Guarantee). As for the dimensions of the image using Harrison's theories, namely Personality, Reputations, Value and Corporate Identity. This research is quantitative research. The research method used is an explanatory survey method. The population in this study is the parents of students who send their children to the Auliya Integrated Islamic School with a population of 1376 and the samples taken are 93 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Probability Sampling method with Cluster Sampling technique.The conclusion of this study, where the respondent judged to agree with the service quality variable (X) with a weight of 3.11 and the Image variable (Y) with a weight of 3.23. The image of the Auliya Integrated Islamic School shows a strong influence that comes from the quality of service.
