Abstract

This study delves into the impact of training programs on employee performance, aiming to illuminate the significance of such initiatives in organizational contexts. Through a thorough review of existing literature and empirical analysis, this research assesses the implications of training programs on various facets of employee performance, including productivity, job satisfaction, skill development, and overall effectiveness. The study examines the effectiveness of different training methodologies, duration, and content specificity in enhancing employee performance.
