<![CDATA[Abstrak - Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintahan yang bergerak dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan hidup masyarakat. Banyak bantuan pemerintah yang disalurkan melalui kantor Dinas Sosial. Salah satunya yaitu pemberian kartu KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar) dan KIS (Kartu Indonesia Sehat).Namun sampai saat ini Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara belum memiliki sistem yang dapat mempermudah proses pendataan tersebut. Data-data masyarakat calon pendaftar KIP dan KIS masih di input satu persatu ke dalam ms.excel oleh pegawai sehinggat memakan waktu dan membuat proses pengajuan menjadi sangat lama. Sebagai solusi dari masalah tersebut maka dibangun sebuah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis website dengan menerapkan metode waterfall. Dimana masyarakat bisa mengirimkan data dengan mudah dan membantu pegawai Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara dalam mengelola data masyarakat pengaju dan juga membuat proses pengajuan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara menjadi lebih cepat. The social data of the candidate registrants KIP and KIS are still being entered one by one into ms.excel by a time-consuming employee and making the filing process very long. As a solution to the problem, a website-based landing information system was built using the waterfall method.
