<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to develop a model to change the perception of adolescents about sex before marriage. The development of the model should be able to be applied significantly by identifying the factors that encourage the formation of these perceptions. The model is expected to be effective to shift the perception of adolescents towards the expected direction. The model establishment to change the perception of a positive perception on premarital sex among teenagers is developed in three stages, socialization, stage, and phase change of attitude changes the factors that influence the perception in adolescents. This model was developed to be applied by the four authorities; parents, schools, communities, and government. This model should be jointly undertaken by the authorities to enable the strengthening of the effectiveness of the model.Keywords: Perception, model]]>
