<![CDATA[Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan yang diperoleh nelayan pancing ulur (hand line) di Kelurahan Metina, Kecamatan Lobalain, Kabupaten Rote Ndao. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yaitu pada penelitian ini sampel diambil dari suatu populasi menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data pokok, dimana responden yang dijadikan sampel adalah nelayan pemilik unit usaha penangkapan pancing ulur (hand line). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nelayan pancing ulur yang ada di Kelurahan Metina Kabupaten Rote Ndao yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara sensus artinya semua populasi diambil sebagai sampel. Pendapatan diperoleh dari selisih antara total penerimaan dan total biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total penerimaan yang diperoleh dari 35 responden selama satu bulan sebesar Rp.296.176.000, sedangkan total biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk produksi usaha penangkapan dengan pancing ulur sebesar Rp.80.385.010 dan total pendapatan nelayan yang diperoleh dari 35 responden sebesar Rp.215.790.990. Jika dirata-ratakan pendapatan responden dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp.6.165.457. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Nelayan Pancing Ulur, Kelurahan Metina Abstract – This study aims to determine the income earned by fishermen with hand line fishing gear in Metina Village, Lobalain Subdistrict, Rote Ndao Regency. This study used a survey method, namely in this study the sample was taken from a population using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool, where the respondents who are used as sampled were fishermen who owned hand line fishing business units. The sample in this study were all hand line fishermen in Metina Village, Lobalain Subdistrict, Rote Ndao Regency, totaling 35 people. The census sampling technique means that entire population is taken as a sample. Income is obtained from the difference between the total ravenue and total costs. The results showed that the total income obtained from 35 respondents for one month was Rp.296,176,000 while the total costs incurred for the production of hand line fishing business amounted to Rp.80,385,010 and total fishermen’s income obtained from 35 respondents is Rp.215,790,990.
