Abstract, Merdeka's curriculum creates a new paradigm in education, emphasizing independence and diversity in the learning process. Effective learning design design is the key to successful implementation of this curriculum. The research aims to detail strategies for developing learning materials that respond to the individual needs of students, promote creativity, and use technology as a supporting tool. Evaluation plays an important role in measuring learning access. Formative and sumative evaluation approaches are synergistically integrated, providing a holistic view of student progress and teaching effectiveness. An inclusive and adaptive assessment system is used to ensure that the assessment matches the unique development of each student. In addition, this article discusses the important role of teachers as facilitators of learning that support student independence. By empowering students to manage their own learning, the Merdeka curriculum is expected to create graduates that are comprehensive and ready to face the dynamics of modern society. In conclusion, learning design and evaluation on the Merdeka Curriculum became an important foundation for educational transformation. With a focus on individuality, creativity, and self-learning, the curriculum is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of students and their preparation to face global challenges.
