Abstract

Abstrak Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas di masa depan dan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi serta ketrampilan membutuhkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang bermutu pada semua jenjang Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja di SMAN 1 Trimurjo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pndekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMAN 1 Trimurjo yang berjumlah 54 orang guru. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan tehnik total sampling, dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru. Sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru. Serta berdasarkan pengujian simultan ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan sarana prasarana secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. hasil perhitungn analisis regresi linier sederhana, yang memberikan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,944, yang berarti sebesar 94.4% gaya kepemimpinan transformasional sangat mempengaruhi kinerja guru, dan sisanya 5,6% dipengaruhi variabel diluar penelitian ini. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian hipotesis gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kierja guru di SMAN 1 Trimurjo Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan transforasional,sarana prasarana, kinerja guru Abstract Quality human resources in the future and mastery of science, technology and skills require the provision of quality education at all levels. This research aims to determine transformational leadership style and infrastructure on performance at SMAN 1 Trimurjo. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were teachers at SMAN 1 Trimurjo, totaling 54 teachers. The sampling technique is a total sampling technique, where the entire population is sampled. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that the transformational leadership style has a partially positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Infrastructure has a partially positive and significant effect on teacher performance. And based on simultaneous testing, it was found that transformational leadership style and infrastructure simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance. The results of simple linear regression analysis calculations, which give an R-Square value of 0.944, which means that 94.4% of transformational leadership styles greatly influence teacher performance, and the remaining 5.6% are influenced by variables outside this research. So it can be concluded that the transformational leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance.
