<![CDATA[The creative team is the crew involved in the creative stages of a movie. One of these creative stages is aimed at producing educational content. For example, the educational values contained in the animated film Riko The Series. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted with an organizational communication expert related to organizational communication that occurs in the creative team of Riko, the animated films series. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the creative team of Riko the Series animated film carried out the organizational communication process to launch the process or production stages of the animated film. In addition, it fulfills the creative stages and the production process to get educational content. Tim kreatif merupakan kru yang terlibat pada tahapan kreatif suatu film. Tahapan kreatif tersebut salah satunya ditujukan untuk menghasilkan konten edukasi. Contohnya nilai-nilai edukasi yang terkandung dalam film animasi Riko The Series. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan seorang ahli komunikasi organisasi terkait komunikasi organisasi yang terjadi pada tim kreatif film animasi Riko the Series. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa tim kreatif film animasi Riko the Series menjalankan proses komunikasi organisasi untuk melancarkan proses atau tahapan produksi dari film animasi. Selain itu juga memenuhi tahapan kreatif, dan proses produksi untuk mendapatkan konten yang bersifat edukatif.]]>
