<![CDATA[This article examines the relationship between politics and educational administration and management, the political elements contained in the process of managing education in schools. This research also discusses educational administration, educational management and politics. This article uses the Library Research method or what is known as literature research, where this literature research is to obtain research data, sourced from books and journals, related to the theme of Educational Politics and political elements in the process of educational administration and educational management. In this literature research, the researcher deals directly with the text, not with knowledge that comes directly from the field. Politics and education are two important components of the sociopolitical structure, but are often seen as mutually exclusive. Of course, this is not correct because politics and education contribute to the formation of the characteristics of national society. Apart from that, they complement and support each other.]]>
