<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model kinerja dengan menggunakan disiplin kerja karyawan koperasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis rank spearman yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai korelasi atau hubungan dengan variabel kinerja pegawai. Maka dapat disimpulkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan besaran. Atau dengan kata lain bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja maka akan diikuti oleh semakin tingginya kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai Abstract This study aims to create a model performance using disciplined employee cooperatives.
