PENGARUH SKILL REPRESENTASI GRAFIS TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KONSEP FISIKA SISWA

Abstract

The Effect of Graph Representation Skill Against Concept Comprehension Through Guided Inquiry. This experimental study aims to determine the effect of graph representation skill against concept comprehension through guided inquiry. The experimental design is a one-shot case study, the population was that all of class X SMAN 2 Metro even semester of academic year 2016/2017. Samples were students of class X IPA 3 were taken using cluster random sampling. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test is concluded that there is a positive and significant correlation between grafis representation skill of the students concept comprehension in the cognitive domain through guided inquiry. The magnitude of the effect of graph representation skill against students concept comprehension in the cognitive domain through guided inquiry amounted to 52,3%. The degree of relation grafis representation skill and students concept comprehension had a strong relationship and its influence contributed positively.Pengaruh Skill Representasi Grafis Terhadap Penguasaan Konsep Fisika Melalui Model Inkuiri Terbimbing. Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh skill representasi grafis terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika siswa melalui inkuiri terbimbing dan mengetahui peningkatan penguasaan konsep fisika siswa menggunakan skill representasi grafis. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one-shot case study, dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Metro semester genap tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IPA 3 yang diambil dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara skill representasi grafis terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika siswa melalui inkuiri terbimbing. Besarnya pengaruh skill representasi grafis terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika siswa melalui inkuiri terbimbing sebesar 52,30%. Penguasaan konsep siswa dan skill representasi grafis memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan berkontribusi positif.Kata kunci:model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing, penguasaan konsep, skill representasi grafis
