Abstract

The purpose of this research was to knowthe influence of active learning strategy the power of two type towards social study resultV grade student of SD Negeri 1 Metro Timur. Pupulation research is all of students V grade, the sample consists 25 students VA class and 24 student VB class. The type of this research is experimental research, with the design used is non-equivalent control group design. Technique the data collection was done to technique test and data analysis technique are quantitative. Analysis data using independent sample t test with the program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The result of the testing of hypotheses shows that there are influence of using active learning the power of two type with media graphics towards SocialStudy ResultV grade student of SD Negeri 1 Metro Timur.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe the power of twodengan media grafis terhadap hasil belajar IPSsiswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Metro Timur. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V, sampel terdiri dari 25 siswa kelas VA dan 24 siswa kelas VB. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen, dengan desain yang digunakan yaitu non-equivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan teknik analisis data berupa kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada penggunaan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe the power of two dengan media grafis terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Metro Timur.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, IPS, Media grafis, the power of two
