Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa

Abstract

The problem of this research was the students’ result of mathematic learning in State Elementary School of 1 Totokaton was still low. This study aims to find out the effect of cooperative learning model TPS type implementation to the student’s result of mathematic learning. The method of this research was experimental research which used non-equivalent control group design. The instrument of data collection that used by researcher are multiple choice test. The results showed that tratio = 2,20 ttable = 2,02 indicating that significance and Ha declared accepted. The conclusion that there is a significant and positive effect of the cooperative learning model TPS type. Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Totokaton. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen non equivalent group design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan soal tes pilihan jamak untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa thitung = 2,20 ttabel = 2,02 yang menandakan tingkat kebermaknaannya signifikan dan Ha dinyatakan diterima. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran kooperatif, think pair share, matematika.
